Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals 26 Bennington Drive Notice is hereby given that the Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the matter of the application of David Niemotko Architects P.C., on behalf of the owner of 26 Bennington Drive, Highland Mills (SBL 245-1-11), located in the R-2A Zoning District. The applicant seeks an area variance from Zoning Code § 310-7 of the Village Zoning Code (Schedule of District Regulations) to increase the maximum permitted lot coverage from 20% to 42% in connection with proposed additions to an existing single-family home. This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments.
