Violet Regional Lift Station ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FAIRFIELD COUNTY UTILITIES FAIRFIELD COUNTY, OHIO VIOLET REGIONAL LIFT STATION General Notice Fairfield County Utilities (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: VIOLET REGIONAL LIFT STATION Project Location: 0 Birchwood Street, Pickerington, OH 43147 Lump sum bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Fairfield County Utilities Building located at 6670 Lockville Rd NW, Carroll, Ohio 43112, until Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is $4,500,000.00 as of October 2025. The Project includes the following Work: A new lift station, control building, generator, associated civil work, electrical and instrumentation, and a sanitary sewer and force main connection to the existing system. Bids are requested for the following Contract: General Contract (all trades) Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project are available on the Fairfield County Utilities website at: https://www.co.fairfield.oh.us/util/ Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
