WETAP CY2025 Public Notice of Application CAP Services, Inc and its affiliate Community Assets for People, LLC hereby provides notice that they intend to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the following transportation projects under The Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance (WETAP) program to serve the transportation needs of low-income workers in Waushara, Waupaca, Outagamie, Marquette and Portage Counties. CAP Services is applying for an operating and mobility management project. CAP Services offers lending options for income-eligible individuals and families needing to purchase a safe and dependable vehicle to support their transportation needs to and from work. CAP Services also offers funding for vehicle repairs as well as supporting mobility management and coordination among transportation providers.
