Walton Green Public Housing Waiting List The Housing Authority of the City of Augusta, Georgia, in partnership with Walton Communities, is pleased to announce that the site-based waiting lists for the Public Housing units at Walton Green will be open effective Monday, November 17, 2025, through Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The Augusta Housing Authority (AHA) provides twenty-three one-, two-, and three-bedroom public housing units. Effective Monday, November 17, 2025, at 9:00 am through Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 5:00 pm, potential residents may complete an online application at www.augustapha.org. Preliminary applications will be accepted electronically through our website through Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 5pm at which time the site-based waiting list will be closed. Any individual who needs an accommodation to complete an online application because of a disability should contact 706-312-3113 or (706) 312-3121 for assistance or our TDD 706-724-0130. Assistance will be provided in completing the preliminary applications online for those individuals who need such assistance. Applicants will be subject to a background check and credit check.
