Winslow Township Fire District No. 1 Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement The Winslow Township Fire District intends to participate in the Sourcewell contract for Policy and Procedures Services, Service Contract #011822-LX, through Lexipol, for policies and procedure services. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Sourcewell website. www.sourcewell-mn.gov, Service contract #011822-LXP, under Sourcewell #35090 The Winslow Township Fire District anticipates joining the Lexipol Contract on December 18, 2025. The Winslow Township Fire District contract term is January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 with an auto renewal pending funding. It is the intent of the Winslow Township Fire District to make a contract award to Lexipol pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell's requests for proposals. The Winslow Township Fire District is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends December 11. Lorraine L.
