Please take notice that application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Section 230-54(G) of the Borough of Glen Rock Zoning Ordinance permits a maximum building coverage of 25% in the A-2 Zone. With the proposed construction of an in-ground swimming pool, the total building coverage would be 32%, a difference of 7%, and such other variances that may be required in connection with this application.
The property affected is designated on the Tax Map of the Borough of Glen Rock as:

The work session for this application will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, and the regular meeting will be held on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, both at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Offices at One Harding Plaza, Glen Rock, New Jersey.
When the case is called at the regular meeting, you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition. All meetings are open to the public.
A copy of the application and plans will be available for public inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk during regular business hours ten days prior to the hearing.
