Aberdeen Municipal Building Advertisement for Bids Sealed bids will be received by the City Council of the City of Aberdeen, South Dakota at the Office of the City Deputy Finance Officer until 2:00 p.m., C.T., December 23, 2025 for labor and material required for the Renovations to Municipal Courtroom Remodel, Aberdeen City Hall, Aberdeen, South Dakota. All Divisions of the work to be included in one prime construction contract. Pre-Bid walkthrough will be Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Copies of the plans and specifications are on file at the Office of the City Engineer, Aberdeen, South Dakota; Builders Exchanges listed in the Instruction to Bidders; and at the office of HKG Architects, AIA, P.O. Box 55, Aberdeen, South Dakota, 1-605-225-6820. Copies may be obtained at the architect's office by bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid plus all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the "City Council, City of Aberdeen, Aberdeen, South Dakota". The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therin.
