PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has appealed to the Zoning
Board of Adjustment of the Township of Aberdeen for variance relief from the provisions of Section 25-4.3 FRONT YARD SETBACK of the Land Development Ordinance, and any and all other variances deemed neessary by the Zoning Board, so as to permit: THE CONSTRUCTON OF A 7.5 FT. X 8 FT. SUNROOM ADDITION WITH A 5.2 FT. X 6.8 FT. ROOFED PORCH IN A R50 ZONE. THIS WILL NOT MAINTAIN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK OF 25 FT. PER ORDINANCE 25-1 AS 17.9 FT IS PROPOSED on premises located on 756 Shore Concourse, Aberdeen NJ 07735 known as Block 327, Lot 14 on the Tax Map which is within 200 feet of property owned by Enrica Mercorelli. The application, maps and plans are on file at the Department of Planning/Zoning and Development, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, NJ, and are avaialbe for inspection weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This appeal is now on the Secretary's calendar, and a Public Hearing has been ordered on May 27th at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, in the Aberdeen Municiapl building, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and represent any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
This notice is served upon you by order of the Aberdeen Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
