This Addendum is issued for the purpose of extending the bid period. The bid opening, scheduled for July 22, 2026, has been postponed. The sealed bids will be received, opened and read in public by the Library Director at the Priscilla Gardner Main Library, Third Floor, The Owen Grundy Room, 472 Jersey Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 0730 on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached. BIDDER MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AND PREVIOUS ADDENDUMS ON THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ADDENDA FORM ATTACHED TO THE BID PROPOSAL FORM WHEN SUBMITTING THE BID PROPOSAL.
