Said Lot No. 43 having such dimensions and measurements as more fully shown and set forth in the original plan of said subdivision herein referred to. Said Lot No. 43 measuring Sixty-Nine feet (69') front on Madewood Drive by a depth between parallel lines of One Hundred Eighteen feet (118'). Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 216 Madewood Drive Donaldsonville, LA 70346. Being the same property acquired by John Mark Carrier and Stacey Lynn Barnes Carrier from Donald P. Guillot and Margaret Bahry Guillot by cash sale dated June 23, 1994, recorded at CIN 337261, of Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Subject to the following restrictions of record: Restrictions recorded at C.O.B. 267, Entry No. 135944.Any and all restrictions, conditions, reservations, easements and servitude as may appear in the chain of title. Improvements thereon bear municipal address 216 Madewood Drive, Donaldsonville. Tax sale title to the above described property has been adjudicated to City of Donaldsonville for failure to pay taxes. The City of Donaldsonville now intends to acquire full ownership in the above described property. You have been identified as a person who may have an interest in this property.
