ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by West Cornwall Township for the 2026 Pavement Marking Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, June 8, 2026. The bid results will be posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The work generally includes replacement and installation of standard (paint & beads) and hot thermoplastic pavement markings on various roads throughout the Township. The project work is located entirely in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Questions shall be submitted via the "Public Q&A" feature within PennBid. Pursuant to Act 89, bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $100,000.00 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
