ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by West Cornwall Township for the Scenic Ridge Park Improvements Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, June 8, 2026. The bid results will be posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing basketball and playground equipment and mulch, construction of two (2) pickleball courts, installation of new playground structure, installation of new playground mulch, installation of new chain link fence with gates, and all other associated work as fully described in the bid specifications. Questions shall be submitted via the "Public Q&A" feature within PennBid. Pursuant to Act 89, bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $25,000.00 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project.
