Advertisement For Bid - Palm Beach County Tax Collector Project ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID PALM BEACH COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR PROJECT The MORGANTI Group, Inc. will receive sealed Bids for the PALM BEACH COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR project located in Delray Beach, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Palm Beach County Tax Collector. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Bid Package will be available to pre-qualified bidders on or about September 29, 2025. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: Construction of a new 24,000 square foot one story building. Trades required for bidding are: site work, fencing and gates, underground utilities, parking lot paving, landscaping and irrigation, site improvements, building concrete, masonry, steel, exterior metal wall panels, built-up bituminous roofing, aluminum canopies and sunshades, exterior stucco, cabinetry, doors and hardware, windows, wall framing, wall and floor tile, acoustical ceiling, acoustical wall panels, painting, water proofing, misc. specialties, signage, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical (including structured cabling only for security system, CCTV system, voice and data) Sealed bids are due no later than Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Morganti's Jupiter office located at: The Morganti Group, Attn: Palm Beach County Tax Collector Sealed Bid, 1662 North US HWY 1, Suite C, Jupiter, FL 33469.
