ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID BCWWTP Scum PS & Hydraulic Improvements Hallsdale Powell Utility District (Owner) Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the construction of BCWWTP Scum PS & Hydraulic Improvements will be received by the Owner at 3745 Cunningham Road, Knoxville, TN 37918, until 2:00 pm local time, on June 18, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of the following major elements: construction of a new scum pump station and force main and improvements to an existing scum pump station and force main replacement at Beaver Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, including associated appurtenances, electrical and control improvements for a complete project as shown or specified in the Contract Documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am local time, on June 10, 2026, at 4301 West Beaver Creek Drive, Powell, TN 37849 (Beaver Creek WWTP). Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications, including bidding documents and requirements and Contract Drawings may be obtained from the Engineer, FOXPE LLC, Nashville, TN (Address below), upon payment of $250 for each set. This payment is not refundable.
