CULBERTSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ASBESTOS ABATEMENT WORK The bid documents for the project, including plans and specifications will be available May 26, 2026 from the office of Reliable Environmental Solutions, Inc., 2760 West Jefferson Street, Springfield, Illinois 62702, phone 217/787-9800. The project includes the following: Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital Asbestos Abatement - Provide all material, labor, and equipment to remove and dispose of asbestos containing flooring, flooring mastics, wall tile adhesives, and pipe insulation in various locations throughout the building. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: May 28, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Culbertson Memorial Hospital located at 238 South Congress Street, Rushville, IL. All bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and to participate in a walk-thru of the facility. BID DATE: June 11, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital, Attn. Erik Price, 238 South Congress Street, Rushville, IL 62681. No bids will be accepted after that date and time. Immediately after the closing time for receiving bids, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contractor and Subcontractors shall include in bids, the cost for the current prevailing wage (Illinois Prevailing Wage Act - 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq.). The Contractor shall ensure that any Subcontractors shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
