Alternate Instructional Pathway Access
Sealed Bids, Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), or Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Alternate Instructional Pathway Access RFQ/RFP/BID 26-004 for online learning resources providing curriculum software and alternate instructional services for students, to include learning options for dual enrollment, will be received by Hattiesburg Public Schools at the district's Central Office, 301 Mamie Street, Hattiesburg, MS, until 9:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened.
All submissions must comply with the provided specifications. Each respondent must submit one (1) original and three (3) printed copies of their sealed Bid/RFQ/RFP.
Electronic submissions are also accepted via www.centralbidding.com. Questions regarding the electronic submission process should be directed to Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814.
However, all bidders, even if submitting electronically, must ensure that four (4) printed copies of their proposals are received by the deadline at the Hattiesburg Public Schools Central Office, 301 Mamie St., Hattiesburg, MS 39401.
Specifications may be obtained from the Hattiesburg Public Schools Central Office or by email request to Edith Stallings at edith.stallings@hattiesburgpsd.com. Any amendments to the specifications will be shared with all parties who have requested a bid packet. Contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest and/or best bidder(s) that meet the needs of the district. Hattiesburg Public Schools reserves the right to:
Award all or part of the RFQ/RFP/BID 26-004 to one or multiple vendors
Compile an approved vendor list for RFQ/RFP/BID 26-004 using the established evaluation rubric
Waive any informalities
Reject any and all bids
Submit sealed proposals to:
