General Notice
CITY OF CARRABELLE (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
CARRABELLE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Carrabelle City Hall located at 1206 Highway 98 East, Carrabelle, Florida 32322, until Friday, October 10, 2025, at 1:30pm local time. Sealed bids must be submitted in triplicate and marked "Sealed Bid, Carrabelle Sidewalk Reconstruction." At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalks in various locations in downtown Carrabelle.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. The selected contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten working days after the receipt of the "Notice to Proceed". The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and reserves the right waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 for each set. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Inovia Consulting Group.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats:
