CDBG 23 NR WATER METER REPLACEMENT

TOWN OF BRONSON, FLORIDA
Sealed Bids for the construction of the CDBG 23 NR Water Meter Replacement project will be received by the Town of Bronson, Florida at the office of the Town Manager, 650 Oak Street (P.O. Box 266), Bronson, Florida 32621, until April 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacing approximately 600 water meter assemblies in the Town's water distribution system with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meter assemblies, with associated appurtenances and Town staff training required to complete the work and provide a fully functioning AMI system.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: CDBG 23 NR Water Meter Replacement, CDBG Contract No. 23DB-N22.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CPH Consulting, LLC, 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may access and download the Bidding Documents online at www.cphcorp.com upon submission of contact information and registering as a Plan Holder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
A pre-bid conference will not be conducted.
To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and have completed a minimum of three (3) projects involving municipal meter assembly installations within the most recent five (5) years.
