ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF MOCKINGBIRD VALLEY, KENTUCKY YARD WASTE, TRASH & RECYCLING DISPOSAL SEALED BIDS for Yard Waste, Trash and Recycling Disposal will be received by the City of Mockingbird Valley, Kentucky (the "City") at P.O. Box 7845, Louisville, Kentucky 40257 until and not later than 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Monday, October 20, 2025. The work consists of waste hauling consisting of the removal, hauling and disposal, once per week, of yard waste, trash, and recycling generated by the approximately 75 residences located within the boundaries of the City. Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until four (4) days prior to the bid opening date. After this date no questions will be answered. These questions must be emailed to Mayor David Richardson at citymbv@gmail.com. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities in any Bid; to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it; and, to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions with the successful Bidder.
