Advertisement for Bids Field Health System 178 Hwy 24 E, Centreville, MS Sealed bids will be received by Field Health System ("Owner") until 2:00 p.m. CST, November 4, 2025, for the construction of Field Health System Catchings Clinic. Plans and specifications are available beginning September 30, 2025, at Jackson Blueprint Plan Room. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 11:00 a.m. CST, October 15, 2025, at the proposed project site: 211 US-61 South, Woodville, MS 39669. Questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CST, October 23, 2025. The last addendum will be issued no later than October 28, 2025. Bids must be sealed, plainly marked, and submitted in accordance with Mississippi law. Each bidder must hold a current Certificate of Responsibility from the Mississippi State Board of Contractors, with the number included in the subject line of the bid submission email. Bids will be read aloud at 2:00 p.m. CST, November 4, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities and to enter into such contracts as it may deem to be for the best interests of the Hospital.
