ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Washington County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WASHINGTON COUNTY CHIPLEY LIBRARY BRANCH EXPANSION FLORIDA COMMERCE: BB201 DHM: WAS23LB Bids for the Project will be received at the Washington County Administrative Office located at 1331 South Boulevard, Chipley, Florida 32428, until Thursday, December 4, 2025, 3:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Washington County Commission Meeting Room located within the Administrative Office. The Project includes the following Work: The Project includes the construction of three (3) additions to the existing Washington County Chipley Library Branch, located on the north, east, and west sides of the facility, with a combined area of approximately 5,400 square feet. Work generally consists of building construction with associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, together with all required site improvements including demolition, grading, drainage, utilities, and restoration. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and coordinated with the existing facility to provide a fully operational library expansion. Upon the Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
