ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Town of Grand Ridge CDBG-DR Resiliency Hub/Fire Station FLORIDA COMMERCE: MT147 DHM: GRD22MT Bids for the Project will be received at the Town of Grand Ridge Administrative Office located at 2086 Porter Avenue, Grand Ridge, FL 32442, until Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 2:00pm Central Time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Town of Grand Ridge Commission Meeting Room located behind the Administrative Office. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of an 8,850-sf single story building and all associated site development work located at U.S.90, Grand Ridge, FL 32442. The facility is designed to accommodate the Grand Ridge Fire Department and features 5 vehicle bays (w/doors), two restrooms, two offices, common area, meeting room, mechanical room, kitchen, and bunker gear storage room. Site Work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, retention pond, reinforced concrete pavement with driveway, fencing and sodding and underground utility construction.
