ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by Construction Administration, The University of Alabama, at the Procurement Services Annex, 405 Cahaba Circle, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404, Tuesday, April 14, 2026 until 2:00 PM local time for construction of the Student Center Carpet Replacement, UA Project #022-26-4192, at which time they will be opened and read. General Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. Prequalification submissions must be received by 5:00 PM local time Monday, March 30, 2026. Late submittals will not be accepted. ATTENTION: While UA may occasionally prequalify subcontractor trades, please note the current UA Master List is only applicable to General Contractors and UA no longer maintains a Subcontractor Master List. A mandatory pre-bid conference for General Contractors will be held at the Conference Room of the Procurement Services Annex at the above address at 10:00 AM local time Tuesday, April 7, 2026 and continue on to the job site.
