ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Town of Campbellton (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project(s): ST. PAUL PARK & DOWNTOWN PARK IMPROVEMENTS FUNDED BY FLORIDA COMMERCE: CDBG-NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION GRANT 23DB-N24 CDBG-HOMETOWN REVITALIZATION GRANT M0039 CDBG-DISASTER RECOVERY GRANT M0114 DHM: CAM22NR / CAM22HR / CAM22SW Bids for the Project will be received at the Town of Campbellton Town Hall Office located at 2345 Highway 2, Campbellton, FL 32426, or may be mailed to PO Box 38, Campbellton, FL 32426, until Friday, April 10, 2026, 10:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Town of Campbellton Community Center located at 2236 Highway 2, Campbellton, FL 32426. The Project includes the following Work: Part A – St. Paul Memorial Park & Recreational Complex Improvements (23DB-N24): Improvements to the Saint Paul Memorial Park and Recreation Complex located at 5147 Highway 231. Work includes installation of a new fitness area, new playground equipment with canopy shading, safety surfacing and borders, splashpad with adjoining sidewalk, shaded benches, new dugouts, spectator bleachers, and basketball court renovations. Part B – Downtown Park Improvements (M0039/M0114/23DB-N24) Construct a new public recreation park located in downtown Campbellton at 2339 Highway 2. Project includes construction of asphalt driveway and parking areas, concrete sidewalks, stormwater infrastructure, pavilions, fencing, signage and various landscaping items. Upon the Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service.
