Town of Campbellton (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project(s):

Bids for the Project will be received at the Town of Campbellton Town Hall Office located at 2345 Highway 2, Campbellton, FL 32426, or may be mailed to PO Box 38, Campbellton, FL 32426, until Friday, April 10, 2026, 10:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Town of Campbellton Community Center located at 2236 Highway 2, Campbellton, FL 32426.
The Project includes the following Work:
Part A – St. Paul Memorial Park & Recreational Complex Improvements (23DB-N24):
Improvements to the Saint Paul Memorial Park and Recreation Complex located at 5147 Highway 231. Work includes installation of a new fitness area, new playground equipment with canopy shading, safety surfacing and borders, splashpad with adjoining sidewalk, shaded benches, new dugouts, spectator bleachers, and basketball court renovations.
Part B – Downtown Park Improvements (M0039/M0114/23DB-N24)
Construct a new public recreation park located in downtown Campbellton at 2339 Highway 2. Project includes construction of asphalt driveway and parking areas, concrete sidewalks, stormwater infrastructure, pavilions, fencing, signage and various landscaping items.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon the Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats:

Pre-bid Conference
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10 AM CST at Town of Campbellton Community Center located at 2236 Highway 2, Campbellton, FL 32426.
