Town of Grand Ridge (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
CDBG-DR WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2

Bids for the Project will be received at the Town of Grand Ridge Administrative Office located at 2086 Porter Avenue, Grand Ridge, FL 32442, until Thursday, April 30, 2026, 3:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Town of Grand Ridge Commission Meeting Room located behind the Administrative Office, 6910 Hall St.
The Project includes the following Work:
The project consists of replacing existing equipment on an in-kind basis at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and performing various upgrades at four (4) lift stations.
Improvements at the lift stations include the replacement of existing pumps and associated electrical control panels at all four (4) lift stations. Additional upgrades include the installation of a permanent backup generator at one (1) lift station and the installation of bypass pump at three (3) lift stations.
In addition, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) capabilities will be added to all four (4) lift stations receiving upgrades, as well as to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, to enhance system monitoring, control, and overall operational reliability.
The deadline for all questions related to the project is Friday April 17, 2026, at 5pm local time.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM local time and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon the Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding
Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats:

Pre-bid Conference
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 10 AM local time at the Town of Grand Ridge Administrative Office located at 6910 Hall Street, Grand Ridge, FL 32442. An optional site visit is scheduled to follow.
