ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the City of Grandview Heights via Bid Express (www.bidexpress.com) until 1:00 p.m. local time on May 15, 2026, for the Pierce Field Water Service Project, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Grandview Heights may choose to not award the bid—and bidders shall hold bids open—until sixty days after the bid opening. Work includes water services, sidewalks, interior plumbing, and electric. Base Bid estimate: $100,000.00. Contract Documents are available at www.bidexpress.com beginning April 30, 2026 (fees apply; no refunds; no paper copies). Each bid shall include a Bid Guaranty per Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Bids shall remain open for sixty (60) days. Completion date: August 21, 2026. Prevailing wages apply. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award to the lowest and best bidder. Bidders must comply with applicable nondiscrimination requirements.
