Advertisement for Bids City of Port Gibson 1005 College Street Port Gibson, MS 39150 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of a new police station and water department for the City of Port Gibson, Mississippi will be received by The City of Port Gibson at the office of Port Gibson City Hall, 1005 College Street, Port Gibson, Mississippi until 2:00pm on August 25th, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location: Landry Kitchens and Germany Architects. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at Plan House Printing. Bid documents are available online for viewing and purchasing at www.llgarchplans.com. Purchased documents are non-refundable. Plan holders and bidders are required to log-in or register for a free account to view and order bid documents and to submit bids electronically. A valid email address is required for registration. Documents are available via paper copy or pdf. Any questions regarding website registration and online orders should be directed to plan house at (601) 336-6378. The bid bond shall be payable unconditionally to owner. Bids on the project must be received on or before the period scheduled for the project and no bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the project, for a period of 45 days.
