ADVERTISEMENT FOR INVITATION FOR BIDS – Replacement of 41 furnaces IFB-2026035-004 Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority (MVPHA) is accepting sealed bids for the following replacement of natural gas type furnaces with 34 each 80,000 BTU up flow and 7 each 100,000 BTU up flow a total of 41 units located at Walnut Grove Community located at 1091- B Walnut. Bid packet can be obtained between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the MVPHA Maintenance Office, 924 S. San Pedro St, Las Cruces, NM starting March 2 ,2026. Sealed bids will be accepted through March 17 ,2026. at 2:00 p.m. at the same location. Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. will be returned unopened. Proposers will be notified of the award no later than March 27 ,2026. MVPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities.
