ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) CITY OF BLOOMINGTON UTILITIES CLEAR CREEK CORRIDOR RENEWAL PROJECT The City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU), through its Utilities Service Board (USB), issues this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services for open channel drainage improvements for the Clear Creek Corridor Renewal Project in Bloomington, Indiana. SCOPE OF SERVICES Selected firms will demonstrate technical expertise, experience, and management capacity to deliver a feasibility study, design services, and manage land acquisition for this project. For complete details on this request, please see the RFQ. RFQ SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS The RFQ document is available online at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/bloomingtonin. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) shall be received no later than 3:00 PM (local time) on December 19, 2025. Any SOQs submitted after this date and time shall not be considered timely submitted and shall not be considered by CBU. CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS Any late submittals will be disqualified.Only RFQ documents obtained directly from the City of Bloomington are guaranteed to be accurate and complete. Documents obtained from other sources may be incomplete or inaccurate, and firms relying on them may not receive addenda or revisions. CBU and the USB are not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any documentation obtained from other sources.The USB reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any and/or all SOQs submitted.
