ADVERTISEMENT & INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS SIERRA STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT Notice is hereby given that Q&D Construction, as CM at Risk, requests bids from interested subcontractors to provide labor, equipment and materials for the Sierra Street Bridge Replacement Project. The Sierra Street Bridge Replacement Project is located on Sierra Street in Downtown Reno at the Truckee River. The project consists of the following subcontractor scopes: CIDH*, Reinforcing Steel*, Temporary Excavation Shoring*, Girder Hoisting*, Electrical*, Landscaping*, Striping and Signs, Asphalt Cold Milling, Pavers and Granite Veneer, Detail Painting/Staining. * Subcontractor scopes requiring prequalification Construction schedule - Project start: Spring 2027, Completion: Summer 2028 Estimated value: $28,000,000 Bid packages available 6/3/2026. Proposals will be returned to the subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580. The submission of a materially incomplete or falsified application for qualification by an applicant and failure to disclose information required in the application may be grounds for the disqualification of the applicant. Qualifications received after June 1st, are not guaranteed to be processed prior to the due date for subcontractor proposals.
