ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF Interior Alterations For Nexus Center 300-310 S. Front Street Fremont, OH 43420 Notice is hereby given that the MHRSB will receive sealed proposals made in duplicate at 1200 N SR-53, Tiffin, OH 44883 until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025 to the attention of Ms. Tanya Hemmer, Fiscal Manager, at which time and place the proposals will be opened and publicly read for the Interior Alterations for Nexus Center for MHRSB and posted on the website. Bids will be received for (1) prime contract for entire project, including all General, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Technology work. Prevailing Wate Rates do apply. Owner is tax exempt. One set of the Contract Documents (consisting of the Advertisement, the Proposal/Bid Form, the Agreement, Specifications and the Contract Drawings will be provided by the owner at no cost to the General Contractor by contacting ARC Document Solutions, 3666 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 (216.281.1234) or cleveland.csr@e-arc.com. Additional sets may be obtained by purchasing directly from ARC Document Solutions at the contractor's expense. All plan holders must be included on the plan holders list at ARC. Submitted proposals not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive. Notice is posted on the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Seneca, Ottawa, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties (MHRSB) website at https://www.mhsosw.org. The Bid Proposal must include the cost to perform all the work shown on the drawings and in accordance with the project specification requirements. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, which has been plainly marked "Interior Alterations for Nexus Center for MHRSB." Proposals may be submitted via regular mail or by delivering the proposal to the MHRSB. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum proposal price made payable to the MHRSB as a guarantee that the proposal bidder will enter into an acceptable contract. In addition, a Performance Bond will be required to the contractor awarded the project. Award will be made to the lowest or best proposal bidder and the right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Nexus Center located at 300 S.
