ADVERTISEMENT TO BID - DISCOVERY KEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FCA RENOVATIONS Asset Builders d/b/a Messam Construction, 18300NW 62nd Avenue, Suite 320, Miami, FL, 33015 is currently soliciting subcontractors and suppliers to prequalify in order to bid on the DISCOVERY KEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FCA RENOVATIONS for School Board of Palm Beach County PROJECT No. 2721-7100 located at 3550 Lyons Roads, Wellington, Florida, 33467. The DISCOVERY KEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FCA RENOVATIONS will include the following scopes of work: Demolition, Concrete Sidewalk, Masonry, Doors and Windows, Gutters, Downspouts, Specialties, Signages, Electrical upgrades, Mechanical upgrades, Plumbing, bathroom remodeling, flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles & panels, signages, painting, Toilet accessories & Partitions, Drinking Fountains, – HVAC – MECHANICAL AHUs, Generator Room, fire alarm upgrades, Earthwork – Regrade & Subgrade Prep (asphalt parking/driveway), Asphalt Paving, Storm Drainage. Specific requirements related to prequalification, bidding and schedule and there is a SBE participation goal of 20% by subcontractors and suppliers certified by School Board of Palm Beach County. A pre-bid meeting Site walk through for pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers will be scheduled for the DISCOVERY KEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FCA RENOVATIONS project on 08.10.2026 and time that is 11am. ALL INTERESTED SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS MUST BE PREQUALIFIED IN ORDER TO BE INVITED TO BID.
