ADVERTISEMENT TO BIDDERS Project: 26029.00 – 2026 Roadway Paving Improvements Owner: The City of Alabaster, Alabama Engineer: InSite Engineering, LLC. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to the City of Alabaster, Alabama for the furnishing and installation of a base bid amount of approximately 10000 tons of asphalt overlay, and an alternate amount of an additional approximate 2000 tons of asphalt overlay at multiple locations throughout the City of Alabaster, Alabama. This work shall include the full depth replacement of portions of the roadways, milling repair, curb and gutter replacement and other associated appurtenances. Owner will receive bids at the Conference Room of City Hall, located at 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, Alabama, 35007, until 10:00 A.M. local standard time on the 14th day of July 2026, at which time and place the Bids will be read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. Bid Documents can be obtained only by General Contractors and Bidders at www.insiteengineering.org. Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Engineer or online at www.insiteengineering.org.
