ADVERTISMENT FOR BID 706 West Saint Germain St. Cloud, MN 56301 BCI Construction Inc. completing renovations to a newly acquired building located at 706 West St Germain Street, St. Cloud, MN 56301. The 4,532 remodel includes facade restoration to highlight the building's historic character and will serve as office space for organizations focused on property development in central Minnesota. The project is scheduled to begin in December of 2025 and be completed as soon as feasible. The building permit is secured. We are seeking groups experienced in downtown and historic projects with references. The project is the recipient of Downtown Revitalization Grant Funds and will be a historic rehabilitation as identified by the National Park Service (NPS) and the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). The project was recently approved to be added to the St. Cloud Commercial Historic District. Bids will be received by BCI Construction, Inc. on or before Thursday, November 27, 2025, 2:00PM. Pre-Bid walk-throughs will be held: Friday, November 14, 2025, 1:00PM. Additional walk-throughs will be held on 11/17/25 at 10:00AM and 11/19/25 at 10:00AM.
