AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING _______ PLEASE BE ADVISED that the public hearing originally scheduled to be held pursuant to Title 1 of Article 18-A of the New York State General Municipal Law (the "Act") by the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency (the "Agency") on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., as re-scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., with respect to 277 NR Principal LLC / 277 North Avenue GP LLC, has been re-scheduled. The public hearing will now be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., local time, at New Rochelle City Hall in the City Council Conference Room, 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, New York 1080. All other information regarding the nature and purpose of the public hearing described in the Notice of Public Hearing originally published in The Journal News on February 15, 2026, remains unchanged.
