AMERICANA COMMUNITY CENTER RE-BID PROCESS Americana World Community Center (AWCC), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization is rebidding the project. Sealed bid proposals will be accepted for an addition, exterior renovation and interior renovation of the three-story covenant building located on its campus on Southside Drive to create a healthcare facility and to renovate offices. No pre-bid conference will be held. Contractors can schedule a site visit by calling Americana World Community Center (502) 366-7813. Proposals will be accepted at the AWCC reception desk until until 2:00 pm ET on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 when a public a bid opening will be held. Bidders must be present at the bid opening. Bid documents are prepared by PICKETT/ PASSAFIUME / ARCHITECTS, PLLC will be available on Monday, March 16, 2026 at Lynn Imaging Plan Room at www.lynnimaging.com. AWCC reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
