LEGAL NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that on September 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 137 Main Street, Andover, New Jersey, the Andover Borough Planning Board will conduct a continued public hearing in connection with an application by the undersigned, Application No. PZ-2025-03, to develop a vacant pharmacy into a convenience store with a drive-thru relating to property at 4 Lenape Road, Andover Borough, New Jersey. The applicant is seeking the following variance relief: (1) a use variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(1) for the addition of a drive-thru window; (2) any applicable variance relief from the Borough's sign ordinances for existing and proposed signs upon the property and building consistent with the Applicant's sign plan; (3) any required variance or other relief pursuant to Andover Borough Ordinance Section 134-63 requiring a loading space, Section 134-66D relating to lighting, and Section 134-64.2f(3) relating to landscaping; and (4) any other variances, design standard, waiver or interpretative relief that the Board may determine to be necessary for Applicant's proposed use, including any relief for preexisting conditions. The above relief is in addition to the request for amended or preliminary and final site plan approval. The property in question is designated as Block 11, Lots 3 and 3.01, and is located in the C-1 Zone. A copy of said application is available for public inspection at the Municipal Building Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. At the time of the public hearing, you may appear in person, by agent or by attorney, and present any comments you may have relative to the application.
