Application for Commissioner Vacancy Hallsdale-Powell Utility District Seeks Applicants for Board Member HPUD is now accepting applications for the position of Commissioner on the HPUD Board due to the expiration of the term of a current Board Member. Duties and responsibilities of the HPUD Board of Commissioners can be found on HPUD's website. Applications for possible nomination to the HPUD Board may be obtained at HPUD's main office (3745 Cunningham Road, Knoxville, TN 37918); by calling HPUD at 865-922-7547; on HPUD's website www.hpud.org; or by email to humanresources@hpud.org. Applicants may also have to complete a commissioner selection questionnaire. Completed applications and questionnaires must be submitted to HPUD's main office at 3745 Cunningham Road no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026.
