Please take notice that the undersigned has appealed to the board of adjustments of the Township of Colts Neck for a variance from the provisions of selection 102-84 of the zoning ordinance so as to permit removing existing shed and construct a 30 by 40 feet strorage structure. The building requires the following variances section 102-48E propose front set back of 110 feet from hominy Hill Road where 150 feet are required. Section 102-48C6 propose building volume of 21,696 cubic feet where 20,000 cubic feet is maximum permitted on premise located at 39 Bretwood Drive South know as block 46. Lot 1.01 on the tax map, which is within 200 feet of property owned by Robert and Kathy DellAnno. This appeal is now on the Secretarys calendar and a public hearing has been ordered for Thursday evening October 16, 2025 at 7:00pm prevaling time in Town Hall 1 Veterans way, Colts Neck New Jersey at which time you may appear in person, by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to granting of this appeal. The applicant reserves the right to amend this application at the time of hearing to conclude any and all other variances, waivers or their relief which may be deemed necessary or appropiate by the Board of Adjustment. All plans, maps and papers regarding this appeal are on file in the planning department and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
