ASR Public Notice Wireless Edge Towers III, LLC, proposes to construct a 156-foot-tall (176-foot-tall overall height) Monopole tower located at 112 Back Creek Drive, Middletown, New Castle County, DE 19709 at Latitude N39°-29'-55.6", Longitude W75°-45'-51.7". The tower is not expected to be lighted. Please note: This notice pertains to the same project mentioned in the notice published April 30, 2026. There have been no changes to the proposed project. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Antenna Structure Registration (ASR, Form 854) filing number is A1388465. ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS – Interested persons may review the application (www.fcc.gov/asr/applications) by entering the ASR filing number. Environmental concerns may be raised by filing a Request for Environmental Review (www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest) and online filings are strongly encouraged.
