Stats This award of damages is made pursuant to a relocation order of the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, dated 05/02/2023 and recorded in Outagamie County, for the improvement of IH - 041, in Outagamie County. Property interests and rights of said Parcel 312 consist of: Fee simple. Temporary limited easement. Any interests or rights not listed above for said parcel but shown as required on said Transportation Project Plat are hereby incorporated herein by reference. Tax ID: 322101700 Said parcel or real estate and/or interests therein will be occupied by the State of Wisconsin or its agents on 03/31/2026. The State of Wisconsin, having complied with all jurisdictional requirements pursuant to law, makes this award of damages to the above persons having an interest in said parcel of real estate, in the sum of Four Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($4,300.00), for the acquisition of said parcel for real estate and/or interests therein as set forth.
