The Debtor, Raquel M. Branchik, has received an offer of $149,900.00 with a closing assistance of 3% of the purchase price for the Debtor's real property being known as 281 Wagner Avenue, Ambridge, PA 15003 in Beaver County free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. The property is a 1,424.00 square foot, two story single family home with three bedrooms and one bath. The property features a newer roof, an upgraded porch, a brand new sewer line and remodeled kitchen.
