BAY TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PBLIC HEARING The Bay Township Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 06, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Bay Township Hall, in the Village of Horton's Bay, 05045 Boyne City Road, Boyne City, MI 49712. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application for Special Use Permit submitted by John Marklewitz, to allow an accessory structure without a primary structure allowed as a Special Use by Article IV, Section 4.7 g. Bay Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended (the Ordinance). The Bay Township Planning Commission will review this application as outlined in Article XIII, Special Uses, Article XII, Site Plan Review and conditions set forth in Article IV, (the Ordinance).
