Beach Haven Land Use Board LAND USE BOARD BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN RESOLUTION #2025-08 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for a bulk variance filed by Michael and Hillary Karmilowicz, regarding real property located at 134 Belvoir Ave., Block 103, Lot 2.01, on the municipal tax map in connection with permitting a front yard setback of 7.3ft, to the step on Belvoir Ave. side of the property in question, where a minimum of 15ft is required. The Board approved this application at its November 3, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-08, that the Board adopted on December 1, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
