BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 444-2025-D PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING WELLS LOCATED IN DRY CREEK DOME FIELD, COVINGTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI Minerals Management Inc. 27-5 No. 2, Section 27, T8N-R17W Miller-Minerals Management No. 6, Section 22, T8N-R17W PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 17th day of December, 2025, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of Texas Petroleum Investment Company requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the above listed wells located in Dry Creek Dome Field, Covington County, Mississippi. A copy of said Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, and may be there examined by any person interested. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m., December 9, 2025. Failure to so notify the Petitioner's attorney shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning the Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
