BELLMAWR BOROUGH JOINT LAND USE BOARD
NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Spring Nguyen ("Applicant") has applied to the Bellmawr Borough Joint Land Use Board for a 90-day extension of the minor subdivision approval with bulk variance relief granted by the Joint Land Use Board on April 7, 2025, which approval was memorialized on May 5, 2025 in Resolution 2025-6. The property is located at 144 Dobbs Avenue, also identified as Block 72, Lot 8 in the Borough of Bellmawr, County of Camden and State of New Jersey.
The Applicant requests any other variances, waivers or exceptions the Bellmawr Borough Joint Land Use Board may deem appropriate or necessary.
Any person interested in the application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing of the Bellmawr Borough Joint Land Use Board to be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Borough Hall, 21 East Browning Road, Bellmawr, New Jersey 08031. At such time, you may appear in person and present any comments with respect to the submission.
All documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public and are on file in the Planning/Zoning Department located at 21 East Browning Road, Bellmawr, New Jersey 08031. Please contact the Board Secretary at 856-931-7284 to request inspection of any documents.
