BID SOLICITATION NOTICE. Type of Solicitation: Invitation for Bid (lump sum - fixed price) SEALED BIDS.
Bidder Qualification: The owners, Ashton Woods Arizona, LLC, and LT Aloravita, LLC, employ an Arizona ROC GENERAL CONTRACTOR licensed with documented experience and success on similar projects.
Project Location: Vicinity of 77th Lane and Prickly Pear Trail, Peoria, AZ.
Project Name: Aloravita South Parcel 5 - Park
Project Description: The site is in Peoria, AZ and is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of 77th Lane and Prickly Pear Trail. Park improvements and associated offsite improvements shall be constructed per plans by Coe & Van Loo II LLC, Horns Consulting LLC, Musco Sports Lighting LLC, and DFDG Architecture.
Offsite and onsite civil improvements include SWPPP measures, grading and drainage, wet utilities, paving, and striping. Architectural improvements for the bathroom structure. Lighting and site electrical improvements include site and sports lighting. Landscape architectural improvements include play equipment, hardscape, irrigation, planting and ground cover, site furnishings, recreational facilities, and monumentation.

Bid Requirements: All bids must comply with A.R.S. § 34-201(A)(3), and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or compliant surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the proposal, Business License, and References. Bids must be good for 30-days. Bond-Rating to be A- or better. Performance and Payment Bonds due by successful bidder within 5 days of contract being awarded.
Insurance Requirements: $1,000,0000 / $2,000,000 aggregate minimum (City of Peoria requirement, pursuant to Peoria Ord. 9-1-2).
Bid Due Date: Sealed Bids must be delivered on or before July 1st at 1:00 PM. to Engineer's office address at Coe & Van Loo, 4550 N 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044 ATTN: Parker Froehlich.
Public Bid Opening: July 1st at 1:05 PM. at Engineer's address.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to withhold the award for any reason Owner determines.
