BIDS WANTED Sealed proposals will be received by: Lawrence Township of Tioga County, Pa, at 1038 Buckwheat Hollow Road, until 12:00 PM, on June 8, 2026, to be opened on June 8, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Lawrence Township Municipal Building. For the following contracts: PAVING: Furnish and place Asphalt Milling 2" Depth 64 SY, Asphalt Milling Variable Depth 60 SY, 962 Tons of Superpave Asphalt Paving 9.5 MM Fine Grade Leveling Course and 51 Tons of Superpave Asphalt Paving 9.5 MM Fine Grade Scratch Course. A BITUMINOUS ESCALATOR CLAUSE IS INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. PA Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
