Please Take Notice a public hearing before the Lodi Zoning Board of Adjustment has been ordered for October 15, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, first floor, Borough Hall, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, N.J. on the appeal or application for development of the undersigned for a variation from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the conversion of a single family dwelling to a duplex (side by side 2-Family) and which requires the following variances: non-conforming lot depth of 95.00 feet and area of 7,379 sf where a 7,500 sf lot is required with lot depth of 100 feet. The existing non-conforming front yard setback of 24.8 feet where 25 feet is required, existing non-conforming side yard setback of 4.7 feet where 5 feet is required, existing non-conforming combined side yard setback of 14.5 feet where 15 feet is required, and relief is sought for two curb cuts of 12 feet each where maximum curb cut width of 16 feet is permitted, and any other variances or waivers as may be required by the Board on the premises known as 16 Savoie St, Lodi, and designated as Block 260, Lot 75 on the Borough's tax map. A copy of this application is on file with the Zoning Officer, Borough Hall, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, N.J and is available for inspection between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM regular business days.
