Board of Adjustment Hearing September 18, 2025
Take notice that on the 18th day of September at 7:30 PM, a hearing will be held before the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building located at 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit an addition to square off the corner of the house which falls within the side yard setback of the property lines. The change to the property is to enable interior entry to the garage and follows the exact line of our current standing house which is already in the setback from origination. The applicants request 6" into the setback on the right side of our house to allow for this enclosure. Additionally, they request plus minus 3' into the left side yard setback to allow for 2 AC condensers on the premises located at 114 Cornell Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742 and designated as Block 156 and Lot 14 on the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach Tax Map. The applicant reserves the right to seek any other waiver or variance relief as determined to be necessary by the Board or its staff prior to or during the public hearing.
The application, sealed survey and plans are on file in the Municipal Building located at 416 New Jersey Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach and are available for inspection 10 days prior to the hearing between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
